It has been lovely to have been teaching at West Dean college again this week and I would like to say a big ‘thank you’ to everyone who came along.
Despite the thunder storms and torrential rain I still found time to wander round the grounds, gardens and hot houses.
And I’m really looking forward to coming back again in the winter when I’ll be running a new, ‘Hand Knitting Folk Patterned Socks’, one day workshop on November 15th and a four day, Hand Knitting Know How, workshop in February, (more about these later).
There are plenty of other really interesting West Dean winter workshops planned such as Donya Cowards ‘Textile Taxidermy – Animal Portraits, Robert Race’s ‘Simple Automata’ and Julie Arkell’s ‘Handmade Narratives’.
The Peter Blake Pop Music exhibition is on at Pallant House…
