pipnpegPeg and Pip are very pleased to announce that they are giving away a copy of Kids Learn to Knit and Kids Learn to Crochet  in celebration of the imminent long, school summer holidays.

Both books will be signed, and there will be a lovely illustration by Francois!  These books are perfect for budding knitters or crocheters of any age  – young or old – (just read the fab reviews on Amazon!). All you have to do to win one is leave a message to say which book you would like and who it is for.  The two winners will be chosen at random at the end of July.

    Hello Lucinda!
I’ve had a fab day today finding you…I almost snatched your book from the shelf earlier, dashed home and drooled over it ever since. After a quick search in the land of cyber I have found your blog! Not only that but you wish to GIVE a book away. Well I crochet and as a teaching assistant up here in Cheshire I would love to introduce my little club of 10 year old budding fashion and textile designers to the wonderful world of yarn.
If I would be lucky enough to be randomly chosen please would we be able to receive Kids Learn To Crochet? Thank you for such a great offer and of course all the fabulous designs I can’t wait to get my teeth into.
    Claire. Xxx

Probably it won’t be possible to win a Dutch version of your book, but I want you to know that I’m trying to buy the dutch books to help my children to learn to knit and to crochet. I really enjoy your other books, so this ones must be good as well!!

Hi! I would love the knitting book, too. I teach knitting at my son’s elementary school and the book would be perfect for the children! Thank you.

Hi Lucinda..I go for the knitting book. Your books are treasures for me!!
Children don’t know how to knit ..we had to make little projects when I was about
8 years old. My mother kept all these things..dolls with one leg longer then the other etc. I’m glad she kept them and I am still proud about it. Heritages!!

    Enjoy summer!! Bye Miriam.

Firstly I would like to sayI love your books and I own the knitting one for myself but I would love to win either of your books because I am a teacher in New Zealand and I also have a little knitting club. Over the years it has changed in size and ages (6-10 yers) but never in enthusiasm. The children bring their lunch, knit one or two rows, chat, help each other or get helped by grandmas, mothers and friends. It is popular with both the boys and girls and lasts the two winter terms every Wednesday lunchtime. I wasn’t going to run one this year as I am currently away visiting my daughter who lives in London but I had boys and girls come and ask if knitting was on plus a mother volunteered to continue while I was away soooo the knitting plays on!! My little group would love a copy for the school. However even if I’m unsuccessful thank you for your knitting. Regards Nicky
