Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

We aim to post orders within 3/4 days of receipt of your order. All delivery within UK will be sent with Royal Mail 48hr tracked and signed for service.

Small Prints
Posting is £7 for smaller prints with a paper size up to 24cm x 34cm. They will be sent flat and well protected with board stiffeners, acid free tissue and cellophane.

Medium Prints
Posting is £9 for medium prints with a paper size up to 35cm x 45cm. They will be sent flat and well protected with board stiffeners, acid free tissue and cellophane.

Large Prints
Posting is £14 for larger prints and will be rolled loosely in acid free paper and posted in a large heavyweight, large diameter card tube (to avoid tight rolling).

If you’re purchasing a gift and need delivery by a specific date please contact us first.

Duties and taxes for orders in other destinations

If you would like us to ship to a destination other than the UK, please contact us first to discuss the best shipping method and payment.

If your order is being shipped outside of the UK it may be subject to duties and import taxes, payment for these will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (excluding postage/shipping costs) if you contact us within 14 days of your delivery.

If any artwork arrives in a faulty condition then please do get in touch immediately by email and please provide images of the damage. I will then endeavour to replace your item as quickly as possible.

Please note that we do not refund original postage/shipping costs and you will have to cover the costs of return postage/shipping, using a trackable method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Refunds will not be made until the work has been returned.
